MTB 250m, 350m corrent 250m   caiac a la "Gruta de Han ,No se si  saps que parlem de triatló esprint: una contrarellotge explosiu, l'individu  ascendent camins relliscosos i cavernes estretes on cada error és castigat sense pietat i on l'agilitat és una necessitat absoluta.
Hi participen entre altres 3 atletes olímpics de Londres 2012 , Arnaud Dubois (MTB), Michael Bultheel (400 metres tanques i 400m running) i Maxime Richard (2 vegades campió del món de caiac  Sprint )
