 El Kali Gandaki Gorge o Andha galchi és el congost del Kali Gandaki (o riu Gandaki) al Himàlaia , a Nepal . Segons algunes mesures del coll de Kali Gandaki és el canó més profund del món, sent 5.571 m 18.278 peus més baix que l'Annapurna I, que la limita en un punt. La profunditat Gorge és difícil de definir a causa de desacords sobre l'altura de la llanda .  La part superior de la gola es diu també Thak Khola després que els locals Thakali persones que es van convertir en pròspers del comerç trans-Himàlaia.
 El congost que separa els grans pics del Dhaulagiri (8.167 mo 26.795 peus) sobre l'oest i el Annapurna (8.091 metres o 26.545 peus) a l'est. Si es mesura la profunditat d'un barranc per la diferència entre l'altura del riu i les altures dels pics més alts en ambdós costats, la gola és la més profunda del món . La porció del riu directament entre Dhaulagiri i Annapurna I (7 km aigües avall de Tukuche) està a una altitud de 2.520 mo 8.270 peus, 5.571 mo 18.278 peus més baix que Annapurna I.  .
La font del  riu  Kali Gandaki  coincideix amb la  frontera tibetan i el Ganges - Brahmaputra .
La gola de Kali Gandaki s'ha utilitzat com una ruta de comerç entre l'Índia i el Tibet des de fa segles. Avui en dia, és part d'una popular senderisme ruta des Pokhara a Muktinath , part del circuit de l'Annapurna . La gola es troba dins de l'Àrea de Conservació de Annapurna.


The Kali Gandaki Gorge or Andha galchi is the Kali Gandaki gorge (or Gandaki River ) in the Himalayas in Nepal. Gorge depth is difficult to define because of disagreement over the height of the rim . The upper part of the throat is also called Thakat Khola after the local Thakali people who became prosperous from trans - Himalayan trade .
 The gorge that separates the great peaks of Dhaulagiri ( 8,167 m or 26,795 ft) on the west and Annapurna ( 8,091 m or 26,545 ft) in the east. The source of the river Kali Gandaki coincides with the Tibetan border and the Ganges - Brahmaputra .
Kali Gandaki throat has been used as a trade route between India and Tibet for centuries . Today , it is part of a popular trekking route from Pokhara to Muktinath , part of the Annapurna circuit . The gorge is within the Annapurna Conservation Area .
