Bhote Kosi Nepal
En idioma nepalès , la paraula "Bhote" o "bhoṭiyā" vol dir tibetà; i la paraula "Kosi" vol dir riu.
El riu Bhote Kosi neix al llac Lumi Chimi. Al entrar al Nepal, es diu Bhote Koshi. Però més avall, des del poble de Bahrabise en endavant, es diu Sun Koshi.
El Bhote Kosi s'utilitza tant per al ràfting i caiac . És el riu més costeruT navegable al Nepal, El riu té una forta caiguda en la part superior que es mitiga gradualment als corrents més plàcides i tranquil·les piscines amb 46 km de recorregut a la presa Lamosunga. Els ràpids són de classe IV-V amb un alt flux, i III en els nivells inferiors. El riu és empinat i continu amb una ràpid rere l'altre.

Eclipsi solar/ Solar eclipse
Sobre l'eclipsi solar del passat divendres s'han publicat milers de vídeos i imatges, però a mi m'ha impactat aquest . Està gravat a les illes Svalbard i commocióna la bellesa de l'eclipsi. Les imatges donen una idea molt bona del que ha de ser viure una cosa així:

Cova de Son Doong/ Son Doong cave
La cova de Son Doong va ser descoberta l'any 2009 a Vietnam per un equip de científics britànics i des de llavors està considerada com la caverna més gran del món. La seva galeria principal té uns sis quilòmetres i mig de longitud i una amplada de 150 metres , tot i que és difícil de localitzar perquè tota la zona està coberta de vegetació. Fa només uns anys un equip de National Geographic va cartografiar la cova per primera vegada i ara l'equip de Ryan Deboodt ha tornat allí amb un dron per filmar el seu interior. El resultat aquesta preciositat de vídeo que val la pena veure amb calma de principi a fi.

Son Doong cave was discovered in 2009 in Vietnam by a team of British scientists and since then is considered the largest cave in the world. Its main gallery is about six and a half kilometers long and 150 meters wide, although it is difficult to locate because the whole area is covered with vegetation. Only a few years a team of National Geographic map the cave for the first time and now the team is back there with Ryan Deboodt a drone to film inside. The result of this gorgeous video worth watching calmly from beginning to end.
