 El tràiler oficial del Sundance 2012 Guardona la  pel · lícula "Chasing Ice," s'estrena als cinemes a partir novembre 2012 .
La primavera de 2005, el fotògraf de National Geographic James Balog es va dirigir a l'Àrtic en una tasca difícil:
La captura d'imatges per ajudar a explicar la història de canvi climàtic de la Terra. Fins i tot amb una educació científica, Balog havia estat un escèptic sobre el canvi climàtic i un cínic sobre la naturalesa de la investigació acadèmica. Però aquell primer viatge al nord li va obrir els ulls a la història més gran de la història humana i provocar un repte dins d'ell que posés la seva carrera i la seva benestar en risc.
Chasing Ice és la història de la missió d'un home per canviar el rumb de la història mitjançant la recopilació d'evidència innegable del nostre planeta canviant.
Pocs mesos després d'aquell primer viatge a Islàndia, el fotògraf va concebre l'atrevida expedició de la seva vida:
Extreme Ice Survey. Amb un grup de joves aventurers , va  començar a desplegar revolucionaries càmeres time-lapse  a través del   Àrtic per capturar un registre de diversos anys de les glaceres canviants del món. A mesura que el debat es polaritza a Amèrica i la intensitat dels  desastres naturals  al món, Balog es troba en el límit de les seves forces. Lluitant contra la tecnologia no provada en condicions sota zero, es troba cara a cara amb la seva pròpia mortalitat. Es necessiten anys per veure els fruits de la tasca de Balog. Els seus vídeos inquietantment bells comprimeixen un any en segons i capturen les antigues muntanyes de gel en moviment, ja que desapareixen a un ritme impressionant. Festival holi i la llum de l'àrtic

El  festival  Holi o Holli, també anomenat el Festival dels Colors, és un festival primaveral celebrat per hindus, sikhs i altres.  , a l'Índia, és un esdeveniment ple de colorit en què els participants es llancen pols de colors brillants, lluminosos i vius. L'empresa americana  variable , ha rodat en l'índia aquest magnífic vídeo en super slow motion,  amb una vídeo càmera  Phantom Flex , a 2.500 fotogrames per segon. També es pot trobar principalment a l'Índia, Nepal, Sri Lanka i països amb una important població d'indis.

Holi commemora la victòria del bé sobre el mal, causat per l'incendi i la destrucció del dimoni anomenat Holika. Això va ser possible a través d'infrangible devoció al déu hindú de la preservació, el ​​Senyor Vishnu. 
Holi va obtenir el seu nom com el "Festival dels Colors" del Senyor Krishna, una re-encarnació del déu Vishnu, a qui li agradava jugar bromes a les noies del poble per amarament en aigua i colors. El festival marca el final de l'hivern i l'abundància de la primavera pròxima collita.

Poques vegades podrem trobar les aigües que aquí es mostren, quant a visibilitat, durant una immersió en les restes del "Correu", nom real: "Cavour" (ex-Florida).  Més nomenat i esmentat que realment conegut, el naufragi del "Cavour" és una de les millors immersions en derelictes que es poden fer aigües catalanes.  Carregat d'història, les seves vicissituds es remunten fins a 1909, quan per causa d'un accident amb el transatlàntic de luxe, "Republic", de la White Star Line , va enllaçar el seu nom de forma tangencial i mitjançant una increïble carambola, amb els successos que van suposar l'enfonsament del mític "Titànic" el 1912.  Increïble és també que acabés els seus dies de la mateixa manera que va acabar ell amb el "Republic". El seu destí semblava escrit per endavant ...  El vaixell i la seva història podeu veure-la al capítol que emetem de "Al filo de lo Impossible", encara que no amb les aigües que es veuen aquí.
