Descobrir Madagascar amb monopatí/ exploring Madagascar in skateboard

Madagascar és un estat i una illa de l'Oceà Índic davant la costa sud-oriental de l'Àfrica a l'altura de Moçambic. Està separada del continent pel canal de Moçambic. La capital és Antananarivo.  Cal destacar que antigament l'illa es trobava unida al continent Africà, del qual es va separar.  Madagascar és l'illa més gran de l'Àfrica i la quarta més gran del món, i a causa del seu aïllament del continent, hi habiten moltes espècies animals úniques. Es calcula que hi habiten el 5% de les plantes i animals del planeta, de les quals el 80% són endemismes de Madagascar, on es troben l'infraordre dels primats dels lèmurs, els felins fossa, tres famílies d'ocells úniques al món i sis espècies d'arbres baobab.

El monopatí (en anglès, skateboard), és una planxa formada per set petites làmines de fusta o de fibra sintètica, muntada damunt de quatre rodes, que serveix per patinar sobre superfícies llises. És considerat un esport de carrer que es desenvolupa a partir de l’evolució del surf. També anomenat skate o sk8 pels seus practicants. Se sol confondre amb el patinet.

Es pot afirmar que aquest esport, tot i practicar-se sobre l'asfalt, va néixer al mar. Molts dels seus practicants el van considerar un nou estil de vida, que va canviar les onades i la força del mar per rodes i la força pròpia.  L'skateboard va sorgir l'estiu de 1962 a Califòrnia un dia sense onades, quan uns joves surfistes pensaven la manera de poder divertir-se sense la necessitat d'onades, i va sorgir la idea de posar rodes a la taula de surf.[2]  L'skate proporcionava als seus riders experimentar unes sensacions molt semblants a les del surf, però sense la necessitat de ficar-se a l'aigua. Aquest invent permetia als riders mantenir la forma i era una manera més d'entrenar-se sense la necessitat d'onades.

The capital is Antananarivo. Note that the island was formerly attached to the African continent, which was separated. Madagascar is the largest island in Africa and the fourth largest in the world, and because of its isolation from the continent, there live many animal species unique. An estimated 5% of live plants and animals on the planet, of which 80% are endemic to Madagascar, where the lemur infraorder of primates, cats pit, only three families of birds in the world and six species of baobab trees.

The skateboard , is a board made up of seven small plates of wood or synthetic fiber, mounted on four wheels, used to skate on smooth surfaces. Street is considered a sport that develops from the evolution of surfing. Also called sk8 skate or by its practitioners. Is often confused with the scooter.  Arguably the sport even practiced on the asphalt, was born to the sea. Many of its practitioners considered the new lifestyle that changed the force of the waves and sea wheels and the force itself. The skateboard was born in California in the summer of 1962 a day without waves, when some young surfers thought the way to have fun without having to waves, and the idea to put wheels on the surfboard. [2] The skate provides its riders to experience sensations similar to surfing, but without the need to get into the water. This invention allowed the riders to maintain the shape and it was a way to train without the need for waves.
